The Process
Once we have received your inquiry, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for a discovery call.
During our discovery call, we will run through your event requirements and will complete our event checklist to ensure we have gathered all the key information required to put a proposal together for your consideration.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, and signed contract, clearly defined objectives, time frames and essential key details for the event will be agreed upon before we proceed.
We will pre-arrange set milestone meetings, to provide updates and keep open communication between us and our client.
Prior to the event, there will be at least one thorough run-through of the session, via phone, Skype, or face to face to ensure the client is fully up to speed with the full arrangements for the forthcoming event.
