Oasis Business Support – is the creation of Heidi May. With more than 12 years of experience in executive PA support, virtual administration, office management, virtual business support, business operations, ISO QMS 9001, event management and creating processes and procedures, she has a wealth of knowledge to apply to any industry and size of business.
At Oasis Business Support we offer assistance at all levels, to any size of business, whether it’s a start-up, a self-employed person or an established business.
We are able to offer a breadth of business knowledge, expertise and support in all areas of admin, back office operations, market research, document review and management, HR admin, ISO Quality Management Systems amongst many other areas. Our goal is to support you and the growth of your business.

As the founder of Oasis Business Support, my ethos and approach is to work closely with business owners to help support them to the next stage or assist them with changes and improvements by removing the burden of the administrative office work, to enable them to achieve what they do best.
Having a Business Support Manager means that you have all the benefits of an office manager, executive PA and experienced administrator without the overheads.
I’m self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated to my work, friendly and approachable. I am passionate about my business and the work I do and how I can contribute, support, and make a difference for my clients. I enjoy working closely with my clients to provide them with the resources they need to be successful.
I practice a streamlined and intuitive approach to the assistance I provide, to ensure my clients get the services they require. I pride myself on building a trusting working relationship, being efficient, hard-working, organised, with an astute problem-solving attitude.
I have a strong ability to streamline processes, maximise efficiency. My philosophy centres around what “role I can play to help others achieve their goals”. I’m committed to excellence in all the work I provide.
I’ll get to know the operating aspects of your business. This is to ensure that once we agree on a plan of action I can run with things for you with minimal input.
As an Business Support Manager, I am self-sufficient, knowledgeable and will work out what needs doing and when with minimal direction. Here are just some of the ways I will do this:
